I'm so excited to announce a 4-week beginner dragon staff workshop series starting next month!

The incredible dragon staff artist and instructor, Elena Byun, will be hosting this workshop. A local legend, Elena taught this workshop last year and it was incredibly successful, spawning a new generation of dragon staff flow babies.

If you've ever been interested in getting started with dragon staff, this workshop is for you!

So excited for this week's LED jam, and we have a special surprise!

Monsieur Poï and Mr. Knot are traveling through town and offered to give our community a free poi workshop! Monsieur Poï will be teaching guidelines to get cleaner wallplane flowers and to transition freely through those patterns. Mr Knot will teach us how best to tangle flowers and break our brains :)

Monsieur Poï (Alexandre Miller) comes with a degree in physical education and a circus arts instructor diploma from the National Circus School of Montreal. He has been teaching poi for 14 years and has been posting these awesome flowers tutorials. If you want to learn or clean up your poi flowers, this is a terrific opportunity!

You can bring your own poi, or use our samples - we'll have plenty. It's springtime - let the flowers bloom!

After the workshop finishes at 7pm, we'll jump into the open flowjam through 9pm - so come ready to play!
