Blank Slate is a, volunteer run, community art and music venue located in downtown Elyria, Ohio. In addition to hosting weekly music, film, and art events, our space is available to rent, at an affordable rate, to the community for such things as meetings, band practices, educational workshops. For all booking inquiries, email [email protected] with "Booking" plus the tentative date as the header. All public events at Blank Slate are All Ages and All Inclusive.

Tomorrow!!! We somehow took something that usually takes 10 months of planning, and did it in 2 months. 17 musical acts on 2 stages, over 30 authors inside the new library, just as many vendors lining broad st., an outdoor art gallery, all of this to remind people that Elyria is full of life, culture, and a can-do attitude waiting to resurface! We believe in the possibilities of this city, and it’s people…in fact, we’re consumed with the idea that better is not only possible, it’s a well overdue certainty. Who knows what the distant future holds? But tomorrow, we’ll celebrate the possibilities.

Here's the schedule for Garford Arts Fest this Saturday. Music and art alley will start at 3pm. Writer's block and the Art Council's events will start at 1pm. Hope so some familiar faces!
