So remember that time when i said dont quarantine me cause ima end up playing everquest again? Yea umm.. 4 tvs, 2 computers (in addition to the monster pc i already have), 2 gamepads, 2 mouse, 2 keyboards, windows 10 install disk and 3 months later, im playing 5 accounts, all at the same time, and raiding with 60 other people from around the world 5 nights a week. again.
This game is more addictive than any drug I ever tried. (w**d and mushrooms, acid once, calm down). I quit smoking cold turkey. my quit game is STRONG af. Ive dipped, drank, etc, all that is NOTHING compared to this.
It consumes me.
But you know what? EVERYTHING I get into does. Temporarily.
Every. Single. Thing.
Todays the first day I didnt actually play at all. I spent all day browsing RC truggies. Sigh. Its a never-ending chase.

so ima go watch dexter again so it forces me off the web for a bit haha

Me: Im trying really hard to take tomorrow off, my boss is kinda forcing the issue a bit, it will be my second day off in 180 days.

Residents Mom: Ok, so you can meet me at 9am then?

So here I sit. Cant post this on my main page cause well, some people may get offended.
I am spending my saturday waiting for a family to come visit their elderly family member. They said they would be here early. He has dementia so Ive had to tell him 3x what day it is and that yes, in fact, his family said they would come today.
This wouldnt be the first time they no call no showed.
Yea, racism is sh*tty, but have you ever seen how the elderly are treated?
So topple your statues, shoot up your communities and burn your local business to the ground, but first come see your fu***ng family members.

Been obsessed with my new truck. I think ive watched every FJ Cruiser video multiple times by now haha. I just finished replacing the factory door speakers with some nice rockford fosgate speakers I got on marketplace cheap. Also added some butyl soundproofing to the inside panels of the door as well as the door itself. Added a sweet backup camera / rear view mirror that is seriously changing the way I drive. Those things are AMAZING! Especially in a vehicle that has big blindspots. Havent been into the craft room except to solder my speakers to the factory speaker plugs but I will. I need to finish the fairy house haha. Hope all is well with you all!

So the hybrid is kinda out. I found a 2016 camry with 90k but carfax says structural damage reported. car has been driven over 20k since with inspections passed after. Wish i could get more info but ima try to go look @ it. Structural damage could mean something minor like quarter panel or something major frame.

Good news bad news day haha. Bad news is i thought Cameron my son was coming up tomorrow turns out its Jan 4 not Ded 4 haha I'm a jackass. Good news is I found out my salary is going up about 11k/year starting Jan 1 2020.
This job, while it has its hardships, has been a blessing. Between my amazing crew and the unbelievable residents here, its become a dream job.
Cant get into much detail due to hipaa regulations, but one residents guardian sent a personal message to my bosses telling them they truly feel like our quick reactions saved his brothers life. Phoning me personally with compliments that made me wanna cry haha! That's a feeling you don't get from a call center job that's for sure.
For me, money hasn't been a real consideration in the past few jobs Ive had, rather, I wanna know I'm making a difference in my little corner of the world, and this ones got that a zillion times over. To know the money is going to start making this a dream come true, God bless the broken road Ive taken to get here.
