EDIT: EVERYONE IS HEALTHY. These are business-related circumstances we are dealing with.
We have an important update to share with our Senate Theatre community.
Effective immediately, the Senate Theatre is temporarily closed due to circumstances requiring our immediate attention.
We know many families were looking forward to joining us for Paw Patrol this weekend, and we are incredibly disappointed that we will not be able to welcome you through our doors as planned.
If Paw Patrol was part of your family’s weekend plans, we hope you’ll still make a trip to the movies. Our good friends at Ratterman Theatres in O’Fallon are showing it, and we can’t recommend them enough. They’re a wonderful independent theater with affordable tickets and concessions and the kind of small-theater experience we know so many of you value. Since you aren’t able to support the Senate this weekend, we’d love to see that support go to another locally owned, independent theater.
At this time, we don’t know exactly when we will be able to reopen. We are working to do what we can, as quickly as we can, and we will share an update when we have one.
If you currently have a rental or other event scheduled with us, we will be reaching out to you individually as we learn more about what the coming days and weeks look like.
We know there will be questions. At this time, we have shared all of the information we are able to share publicly, and we appreciate your understanding and respect for that.
Most of all, thank you for continuing to support the Senate. We know how much this little theater means to this community, and your support means more to us right now than we can adequately say.
