Return Policy

All returns are only accepted if there is a major flaw in product, of which the customer had no knowledge of at time of purchase. (Some minor flaws will occur in any handmade item) This policy advises that all returns must be done within 30 days of receiving the item, and the customer must contact FingerLakesDesigns within 3 days of receiving any item. I take pride in what I can provide to you, and it is my priority to personally thank you for shopping with me today!
