Hi friends! We are so excited to be working with the Chemung County Chamber of Commerce for the official ribbon cutting open house event, for our new Airbnb, The Aurora House! 🥳

🗓️ Friday, July 24th at 2PM
📍 234 Horseheads Blvd., Elmira Heights, NY 14903
🅿️ Parking available at the venue, or just across the street in our large lot that is located next to the Airbnb.
🏠 Tour this beautiful Airbnb and mingle with others!

This beauty was a very large overhaul and offers so many wonderful amenities for guest that are visiting the area or are hosting events at 360!

We’ll have some light refreshments for you to enjoy and look forward to seeing you there! 💜

Tonight at 5:30pm! Join Sara Margaret Falco for her Yoga Qi Gong Fusion Class! You do not need any prior experience to attend. This class is $10 to drop in and all are welcome!

This class is focused on building a deeper connection to your body, and your breath, while clearing away the mental chatter.

It blends the structure of yoga with the fun free flowing nature of the ancient movement practice of Qigong to create a safe space to move, feel and openly experience meditation in movement.

This allows the space to flow through life’s ups and downs while moving through a fun flow of yoga and qigong movement to open, move, and generate Qi, life force energy in the body.

❌ There will not be Candlelight Yoga tomorrow evening, in honor of Father’s Day.

One week from tonight! Get your Karaoke on at 360! This is also an open mic event, so you’re welcome to sing, play, read poetry, and more! This free event starts at 8pm. We’ll have a bar and snacks available but you’re also welcome to bring outside food in! (Please no outside alcohol) We hope you can make it!

Whether you’re curious about or have been practicing meditation for a while, you’re invited to join us at 7pm for this lovely, one hour gathering. A huuuuuge thank you to everyone that attended this morning’s free yoga class with Erica! It was a beautiful flow and are so grateful that you could be there!

In keeping those beautiful vibes going, here’s what’s coming up next week for yoga at 360. 😃

A little reminder that Sarah’s next Qi Gong class will be on Monday, June 22nd at 5:30pm. This class is offered twice a month on Monday evenings.
