Conrad Seipp Brewing Company is Chicago’s beer. Conrad Seipp was a German immigrant who was one of Chicago's original brewers. He started making in 1854 and after surviving the Chicago Fire, the Conrad Seipp Brewing Co. became the city's biggest brewery for decades and sold their beers at the World's Columbian Exposition of 1893. The brewery closed due to prohibition but his great-great-great granddaughter has brought his historic beers back in collaboration with Metropolitan Brewing. Sepp's beer is about connecting with the past while enjoying the moment.
