Hard to believe it has already been 3 years since we began production on “Don’t Dream About Me”. What a whirlwind. Time is weird like that. Feels like just yesterday we were getting turned down by production companies or being told our budget was too small to create this film…it was incredibly intimidating, but exciting to produce it all ourselves instead.
The grind was relentless, but it truly would not have been possible without Paul Trout and a baller-ass cast and crew. The days were long and I was wearing far too many hats, but we all pushed through and got this thing over the finish line!!
I couldn’t be more proud looking back on what a very small crew from East Bum accomplished led by this plucky Youtube underwear boy. It may not have led to fame and riches, but the purpose was much deeper than that…
Time travel is real. We all have the capacity…the intuition…dreams…heart…it is within all of us if we choose to listen. Telling this story was everything to me and I’ve only become more emboldened since. There will come a day where our species realizes that we can glide along the timeline and this film helped move that needle!
Thank you to everyone who helped make my dream of creating a film about dreams come true. It meant everything to have you believe in my vision!!! ❤️
