Are you ready to CHANGE your life ?
Let’s HEAL you from the inside out.
This can be done in person or FaceTime. (This means you don’t have to be in Maryland)

Can you Answer these questions:
Do you have Trauma you haven’t dealt with?
Do you have Triggers?
Do you want to move on and build the love you deserve ?
If you answered YES to any of these questions, I can help you. EMDR saved my life, and I excited to share this with others!

What is EMDR ? Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) healing is a mental health treatment technique. This method involves moving your eyes a specific way while you process traumatic memories. EMDR's goal is to help you heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences.
