As you may have noticed, we were not able to be present on Facebook for the last several days, due to technical difficulties with our pages. We would like to first and foremost apologize for not being able to reach out to all of you during a critical transition time for the Horseshoe Club. We were able to re-open Friday, May 22, 2015, as an 18+ club.

Most importantly, the Horseshoe Club would like to express our gratitude for the overwhelming support by the community, in the days that led up to our hearing with the City Council of Elko. As many of you are aware, our liquor license was terminated; however, that does not mean the doors of the Shoe are closed forever. We have decided to remain open, and have been able to open our doors even further to invite in the 18+ crowd, which we were not able to do in the past.

Due to the outcome of the hearing, we were forced to make some tough decisions, and we did have to temporarily lay off some of the staff. We would like to personally thank Anduas, Randisi, and Jayo for their time and service; it is our goal to have these lovely women back as soon as we can. We would also like to extend a huge thank you to the rest of the staff for their continued support and commitment to the Horseshoe Club. We have always strived to make the club a safe environment for everyone, and will continue with that practice—always trying to make it better for you, our guests.

We can’t say it enough, thank all of you for your support! We look forward to seeing you in the club!

The Horseshoe would like to announce that we are open for business tonight. Like always, we have a live DJ cranking the music and taking requests. It's still not to late and come and support us in our fight against city council!

It's crunch time! When we present to the City Council in just 9 days, we want to have 1000 signatures on our petition--we need about 400 more to reach this goal! Make sure that you have signed our petition, shared with your friends (had them sign it), and have them share with their friends and sign it!
