We’re incredibly grateful to share that we’ve been named Star News Best Toy & Hobby Shop for 2026.
Over the last two years, this place has become so much more than a shop. We’ve met amazing customers, made real friends, and built lasting relationships. Getting to know you, seeing familiar faces walk in, playing games, and watching you grow alongside your kids is the reason we do all of this. Watching families put down the electronics to rip some packs or sit down for a board game never gets old.
Every Friday night filled wall to wall for Magic: The Gathering, prereleases selling out every single time, and the energy in the room during those events still blows us away. To those of you camping outside for Pokémon releases, we see you and truly appreciate it. We’re committed to doing everything we can to keep bringing in more product for releases, at MSRP. We’ll also continue doing our best to offer fair trade-in values, and we’re excited to see what you bring through the doors this year!
We’re closing in on the opening of our new escape room, with a re-theme of The Chamber coming shortly after. There’s a lot on the way for 2026! You’ve helped turn a dream into something real, and we truly couldn’t have done it without you. We hope we keep giving you a place to relax, have fun, and bring a little more joy to your tables and your days.
We appreciate you choosing to shop local in a world where it’s often easier and cheaper to click a button online. By doing so, you’re supporting our neighbors on Main Street and helping bring more life and energy to downtown Elk River. We’re incredibly fortunate to have the customers and amazing team that we do.
