Rise Up Theatre Company has decided to cancel our upcoming production of Avenue Q

We want to thank all the actors and patrons for their time, money, and hard work that was put to this production

All tickets for the production and any season tickets have been refunded. Please reach out to [email protected] if you have not been notified of any refund

The board is currently in discussions on how to move forward. We are committed to taking every discussion and feedback into consideration as we find a way to stay committed to our mission of putting on quality productions led with integrity, inclusion, and honesty

Rise Up Theatre Company is aware of concerns recently shared regarding an experience within one of our productions. We take concerns about the experience and treatment of members of our theatre community seriously.

Our Board is reviewing the concerns raised and is committed to listening, understanding what occurred, and determining any appropriate next steps. Out of respect for the individuals involved and the review process, we will not discuss individual circumstances publicly at this time.
