WEDNESDAY UPDATE:
The Skeleton Scouts are back at It for an hour or so!

The Skeleton House is rattling with excitement because our little bone-afide entrepreneurs are about to start selling Girl Scout Cookies.

That’s right! The girls are working their femur-ious sales skills and getting ready to bring you all the Thin Mints, Tagalongs, Samoas, and other treats that are simply to die for.

If you’ve ever wanted to meet the friendliest skeleton crew in town, this is your moment.

We promise:
No bones about it, they will be polite.

Tibia honest, they will practice their sales pitch.

You will be supporting local girls doing something spook-tacular.

Swing on by the Skeleton House if you would like to order, and we will make sure you do not miss out before they vanish like ghosts in the night.

Let’s help these girls raise some “dead presidents” and reach their goals.

Elk City, are you ready to crumble?

Ya’ll stay warm out there this weekend.

You may have noticed a distinct lack of twelve foot skeletons by the road.

The wind that brought this cold snap in took out one of our skellie’s ankles and our Cupid’s wings started acting like a mighty kite… so, we had to bring them both down and back to the house.

So for all the skeleton house haters out there, “You’re welcome.”

And for everybody else… they’ll be back.

Just… after all this cold white stuff clears out.

Hey Elk City!

Ya’ll voted, and we heard you. Valentine’s decorations won.

We haven’t gone all out yet simply because it has been really cold. Between freezing temps and wind, getting outside to decorate safely just hasn’t been in the cards.

As soon as the weather gives us a break, we will try to get some more Valentine love at The Skeleton House.

The Skeleton House has officially gone Christmas!

Elk City friends — the skeletons are out, the lights are on, and they’re joined by some truly massive Christmas inflatables. It’s equal parts festive, ridiculous, and exactly what the season should be.

This display is just for fun and just for the community. If it makes you laugh, smile, or stop for a minute on your drive, then it’s doing its job.

Swing by, take a look, grab a photo, and enjoy a little Christmas cheer from the Skeleton House.

Which isn’t creepy at all. He promises.

We are still adding things for Christmas… but man, this wind keeps taking things out everyday!

The Skeleton House is all set for Thanksgiving! Our bony crew has their “turkey-ready” smiles on and are barely holding themselves together. Swing by, snap a pic, and say, “Hi!”

Our skeletons love company, even if they don’t eat much.

Looks like Thanksgiving CRUSHED the vote.

The feasting has begun in the yard.

Also, double thanks to the few brave souls that joined me in the “no opinion, and no fun at parties” group. I’d say we should hang out, but we all know that we wouldn’t do that. 😀
