Sweet. Savory. Unexpected and almost gone. 🥜🍔

The Peanut Butter Burger leaves the menu soon, and this is your last week to grab one.

This town never agreed on it. Some call it the Nut Haus. Some swear it needs hot pepper jelly. One regular even gave us the history lesson—turns out it’s a Missouri Guberburger.

Before there was HubHaus, there was a garage.

What started as grilling, brewing beer, and spending time with family and friends eventually grew into what HubHaus is today.

Every now and then, we’ll pull back the curtain and share a little more of the story, the people, and the moments that helped shape this place.

Two good reasons to be at HubHaus today.

Music, good food, good people and cold beer. We'll save you a seat.

In the meantime, the HubHaus rope hat made it out of state this week. Chris and Bree hit the road and ended up at Oddstory Brewing Company in Chattanooga, TN repping HubHaus the whole way. We respect great craft wherever we find it. Come find ours tonight.

The Peanut Butter Burger is gone after June. Two weeks left. 🥜🍔

Caught one of our owners “working.” 🍺

Ask Nick his favorite part of brewing and he’ll tell you, straight-faced: “beer monitoring.” Very important. Very official. 👀

(Chris, our head beer scientist, actually creates every recipe; the what, when, how, and why. Nick brews too… he just prefers the tasting part.)
