A friend of mine's husband recently passed away unexpectedly. I worked with both of them for many years. I wanted to give her something special, so I made her this blanket, using all the things I new about him and cross stitching it on the squares. He was an avid fan of the University of KY. He loved music and their dogs. I hope that it will evoke good memories of their time together because this has been devastating for her.
