Chasity Wilson and I had a vision years ago and started what was known as, ‘Evenings on Elk’.

These events were a first as we welcomed in a new and exciting, vibrant era of Downtown Elizabethton. Today, I wave the flag and celebrate First Friday, an event with similar vibes and focus.

I’m extremely proud to be celebrating 1️⃣0️⃣ years on Elk this summer. The progress continues to excite, motivate and encourage me.🥰

Another GREAT weekend was ‘brewing’ in Downtown Elizabethton! 🍪🩵🧡🤎

We owe a HUGE thank you to the Carter County Car Club and current President Jim Bass for listening to the voice of the merchants and working with us to open up Downtown Elizabethton/Elk Avenue on Saturdays for the FIRST time in decades for our entire community to enjoy.
