FOR RENT:

Private, sound proof room. (Interior space, no windows, VERY private.) Great for an office, counseling space, music lessons, bible study, a little girl’s 🎀 spa birthday or 🫖 tea party venue (hint, hint - we need something like this!) etc.

Has a window in the door (great for counseling or lessons so parents can view) and comes with a private bathroom (adjoining) with two private stalls and a sink with storage.

This space has been used for small classes, music lessons, office space and storage.

Access through the back door and parking 🅿️ in one of Downtown Elizabethton’s larger lots and is ADA accessible from both the front and back entrance.

Located inside Crate & Cream/The Cookie Crate/AMJ Boutique & Co. so it’s definitely an active (fun!) space to be a part of. 🥰

$1400 a month. ALL utilities included:
Electric/Water/Wifi and access to commercial kitchen/mop sink/washer & dryer also included.

Did I mention this would be PERFECT for a small, girl’s spa birthday party space? 😉

🩵🤎🧡💛• FIRST FRIDAY •💛🧡🤎🩵

Chasity Wilson and I had a vision years ago and started what was known as, ‘Evenings on Elk’.

These events were a first as we welcomed in a new and exciting, vibrant era of Downtown Elizabethton. Today, I wave the flag and celebrate First Friday, an event with similar vibes and focus.

I’m extremely proud to be celebrating 1️⃣0️⃣ years on Elk this summer. The progress continues to excite, motivate and encourage me.🥰

Come see your community alive this evening, 5-8pm!
