Saturday I had the privilege to DJ for my wonderful friends.

This party covered not 1, not 2, but 3 reasons to celebrate. A retirement, a victory over cancer, and an 11th wedding anniversary.

Congratulations Ted and Donna!

What an honor we had this weekend to be able to share in this couple’s special day. And what a blast it was!

Last year we met the owners of Silver Canoe campground at the RV show and quickly knew it was the type of place we’d love to camp. When they mentioned they also had a wedding venue on site, of course we gave them a business card. We immediately booked a site and camped on a snowy weekend in April and several weeks later got the call to talk with a bride about a wedding in August 2025. We returned in August for that wedding and as we were leaving the parking lot Sam came running after us to talk about possibly returning in 2026 for his wedding. And the rest is history.

As you can see from the photos and videos - the campground, fellow campers, and family really showed up for this couple and the day was perfect!

Congratulations to Sam and Lisa!

And thank you to the Silver Canoe owners for always making us feel so welcome.
We can’t wait to come back again!

Another fun night that started out with a lot of rain during the ceremony but ended with a lot of fun and dancing until the very end of the night. This fun group of guests enjoyed new music and some of the old classics including the Hokey Pokey and the Chicken dance. As always it’s such an honor to work with friends. Thanks for suggesting me Lynn Bednar and congratulations to Billy and Bridget!

Most weddings are memorable, but this one was truly one for the books! Just an hour before the ceremony, a storm rolled through and knocked out the power, which never came back on. Despite the heat, the darkness, and the uncertainty of how long our battery-powered system would last, DJ Keith kept the celebration alive. Thanks to a generator delivered by a friend, the music never stopped and the party continued all the way to the final song.

What a night to remember! Congratulations to Makenzie and Shawn, and thank you for letting us be part of your incredible day!
