Today, one of our Elgin Sasquatch Festival Co-Chairs was out networking and happened to run into a very familiar face. The famous Sasquatch himself, at Island City Market & Deli!
We're excited to share that Island City Market & Deli will be catering our Sasquatch Supper & Silent Auction on July 18th, and we couldn't be more grateful for their support of this community event.

The day also included a visit with one of our valued sponsors, elkhornmediagroup.com⁠, who is helping spread the word about our upcoming events and festival activities throughout the region.

This is what community-building looks like. It's conversations over coffee, handshakes across counters, checking in with local businesses, thanking sponsors, and creating partnerships that strengthen our small towns.

Boots on the ground create connections. Connections create collaboration. Collaboration creates community.

Help Make the Elgin Sasquatch Silent Auction a Success!
The Elgin Sasquatch Festival Committee is currently seeking donations for our Sasquatch Silent Auction & Supper, taking place on Saturday, July 18th, 2026.
This annual fundraiser helps support the Elgin Sasquatch Festival and allows us to continue providing a fun, family-friendly event that brings visitors, economic activity, and community pride to Elgin.

We are looking for donations of:
Gift baskets
Gift certificates
Handmade items
Artwork
Home décor
Outdoor and recreational gear
Specialty foods
Business services
Unique experiences
And other auction-worthy items
Every donation, large or small, helps make a difference and showcases the generosity of our local businesses, organizations, and community members.

Donation Deadline: July 10, 2026
To allow time for cataloging, display preparation, and event planning, we kindly ask that all auction items be received by July 10th.

Donors will be recognized for their contributions during the event and through festival promotions whenever possible.
If you would like to donate an item or have questions, please contact the Elgin Sasquatch Festival Committee.
