Oh My Gods Oh My Gods is a comedy about various deities, and explores the possible origins of certain religions and how these deities go about their day to day lives.

Written and Directed by Amanda Davila, Oh My Gods is a comedy about various deities, and explores the possible origins of certain religions and how these deities go about their day to day lives. The plot centers around one particular day where they've called a meeting to discuss how their various religions are being interpreted by humans and if they should intervene. Basically it's kind of like 'The Office' but with gods. Oh My Gods is a production of Memoriam Development.

Last but definitely not least, our playwright, director, boss, and driving force:

Amanda Davila

Amanda is an actor, writer, director, singer and photographer and is a graduate of Columbia College Chicago. She makes her directorial debut with ‘Oh My Gods’, which is also her first full-length play.
Amanda has been seen on stage most recently at The Comedy Shrine in Aurora where she was a member of the main ensemble cast in the ‘Who’s Line’, ‘Family Time’ and ‘Snowball’s Chance’ improv shows. She was also an actor and writer on two original sketch shows under the guidance of Howard Johnson, and played the role of ‘Eunice’ in the theater’s first stage play ‘Exit Interview’.
Amanda is also a podcaster with the DVMPE where she co-hosts multiple shows dedicated to television and movies, and has been an actor on original content shows such as ‘Surial’, ‘Windy City Rejects’, (various roles) and the upcoming ‘The Last Day’s of Macho Man Will Shiflett’ (Sedina Micheaux) and ‘Freak of the Week’. (Elizabeth Marin)
When Amanda isn’t performing or creating, she spends her time traveling, cooking and sitting alone in a dark room drinking wine and wondering if she has any real talent. You know, artsy stuff.
