PLAZA STAGE ANNOUNCEMENT

La Rosa Noir is bringing its atmospheric blend of indie alternative, surf, post-punk and new wave to the Plaza Stage at Nightmare on Chicago Street!

Formed in Chicago’s DIY scene, the band has performed at SXSW, Riot Fest, Millennium Park and Navy Pier, sharing bills with artists including Jack White, Green Day, Latin Mafia and Son Rompe Pera.

Inspired by the Aztec underworld, this fully immersive zone pulses with music, memory and myth. Follow the Xoloitzcuintli as Banda, Latin rock, Mariachi and Aztec dancers awaken the night for spirits beyond the veil. Ancient gods line the street while food steeped in heritage and ritual feeds the living—and perhaps the dead.

DJ Twin is taking over the DJ Stage at Nightmare on Chicago Street!

A Hip Hop, House and bass DJ and platinum producer, Twin began his career at just 11 years old before touring worldwide with Jibbs, serving as Sean Kingston’s official tour DJ for 11 years and touring with Lil Durk.

His 2016 album “Day 1”—featuring Kodak Black, Chief Keef and G Herbo—has generated more than 50 million streams, while his production credits include projects from Lil Durk and G Herbo.
