Founded in 1941, Bowlway Lanes in Elgin was purchased by bowling brothers Bill, Norman, and Greg Grocke in 1984, and they were proud to offer family recreational fun for patrons. While Bowlway Lanes' automatic scoring machines and video monitors offered modern convenience, serious professionals and rookies alike also experienced real wooden lanes.
