Oh good lord! The memories that came flooding back when I pulled this out of a folder from the year 2000 A.D.

I was almost 16. My best friend Darcy and I would sit on a dial-up computer while we babysat a sleeping toddler, endlessly scrolling butterflytattoos.com. We had big dreams that wouldn't flourish until we were 18 cause our parents weren't cool enough to drive us over the border to PA to get tattooed. 😆 Alas, I did not get the tattoo pictured, but rather a tribal butterfly on my lower back that I took from a Maurices flyer by Cliff Johnston 💛 Yes, I have an OG tramp stamp! S**u!

Now, I know I don't look like your normal veteran tattoo artist, but truly, its only because if I ever had a free moment at the shop I was spending it cleaning or renovating or eating or something. It was never that I didnt want more tattoos, I just needed to utilize my time there more efficiently. All work & no play I guess. I did always made time for myself on my Birthday or something special. But, really, in all reality, I would rather do 25 tattoos in a week than receive one 😆 So...... Thank You! Thank you to all my people that come in once a year on their birthday, once every 10 years when they feel like it, once a month for a therapy session, and the ones who tell me that they are only getting one tattoo ONLY and come back over and over again. LOL. I LOVE YOU ALL!!!! 🥰 Thank you for letting me create for you 23 yrs. and counting.

Better get back to cleaning. That was a nice trip down memory lane though.
