The recipient family chosen for this years fundraiser was the family of Colby Nelson (February 8, 2005- July 4, 2024).

Colby was shot and murdered in Clearfield, Iowa by another senseless act of gun violence. He was a great person that always made everyone laugh.

In an extreme act of kindness, Colby’s family has chosen to donate our donation back to us to use towards future Mayofe$t events.

To the vendors; thank you for choosing our event to come share your art and talents.
To our guests; thank you for coming out and sharing your kindness, love, and laughter.
To all of you who helped set up, clean up, and cook; you are much appreciated!
