We’re celebrating the beauty of summer flora in our next botanical imprint pottery workshop.

Learn techniques of handbuilding pottery with slabs of clay, or build on your already established practices and skills. Enjoy the playful work of designing in clay with stems, blossoms, seeds, leaves, and petals grown and gathered locally by .
Make a plate, small platter, pendant, tile, or simple vessel for table or garden. A one of a kind expression of summer layered in natural beauty.
The workshop experience is designed to be accessible for everyone and no prior work with clay is necessary to fully enjoy this hands-on, relaxed, and creative process.
All materials are provided, and you will have the choice of cobalt, black, and copper oxide and washes to color your botanical imprints.
An abundant, seasonal lunch prepared by your hosts concludes the morning. As always, coffee is waiting for you when you arrive to fuel the morning creativity.
After the workshop, pieces will dry slowly, be bisque fired, then painted with oxides and glazed to fire one more time. Pieces are available to pick up in approximately 3 weeks.
