Are you an individual that would like to volunteer at the Festival? Would your non-profit organization like to make money by working at the Festival? Our applications for both are now open!

To sign up, or to sign your organization up, go to https://www.elbertacp.org/egsfvolunteer and fill out the appropriate application. Volunteers/organizations may perform tasks such as wrapping sausage sandwiches, serving at the serving windows, selling soft drinks, and other tasks. We look forward to working with you!

The vendor application for October 2026 is now OPEN to everyone! To submit your application, please visit https://www.elbertacp.org/egsfapp. You will need to register an account to apply.

If you were a vendor that attended March 2026: This is a new system, so you will need to create an account as well. Register your account using the same email you used for March 2026 so your past event data will attach to your new account. If you already submitted an application during the return vendor window, you also need to create a new account in the new system. However, you do NOT have to re-submit your application.

VENDORS THAT ATTENDED MARCH 2026 - Just a few days left in the return vendor period! The application will open to the public on June 1st. Return vendors may still submit an application after that date, however, you are not guaranteed your space from March.

To apply, go to https://www.elbertacp.org/egsfapp
While we are in the return vendor window, the application will only allow return vendors to login. When you create your account, use the same email you used with Eventeny, and login. It will know if you attended March 2026 based on your email address and will either let you in to submit, or deny you access to the application until June 1. Food Vendor and Non-Profit applications are open.

ALL VENDORS who have already submitted applications for October 2026 on Eventeny have been migrated over to this new system. YOU DO NOT NEED TO RE-SUBMIT! Create your account using the same email you used to apply for October 2026, and you will be paired with your existing data.

We HOPE to have the new app available for download by June 1, but if it is not available in the App Store/Google Play, it can still be accessed via the web.

Kick off your Fourth of July holiday with Elberta Independence in the Park!

July is quickly approaching! We hope that you will join us for Independence in the Park on July 2 from 5PM-10PM for lots of food, fun, and of course, fireworks!

VENDORS: Just a reminder that if you attended March 2026 and would like to keep your same booth space(s) for October 2026, be sure to submit your application before June 1st. The application will open to the public on that date, and while you can still submit your application after that time, you will not be guaranteed your same space(s), or a space at all if we sell out before you submit your application.
