KPSO 91.5 is a local monthly episode festival dedicated to the continuing creation of new works from all over, but with the hub centered on the west Texas/southern New Mexico/ Chihuahua community. It is a living, autonomous, streaming network with the programming for decided by the audience. KPSO exists for the purpose of providing an accessible space for creatives, especially those in the filmmak
ing and production world, to experiment with the style, story, and technique of episodic story telling. There are TWO rules for the festival:
RULE #1: Each pilot or subsequent episode of a show must be five minutes or less. Make the first episode of any kind of show you want, no longer than 5 minutes. It can be five seconds long. Just know that 5 minutes is the absolute maximum. RULE #2: Your show has to have some kind of title that will be seen on screen. You don’t necessarily have to create an elaborate title sequence, but your show has to have a name, and the people watching it have to know what that name is, because they’ll have a ballot sheet in front of them. Those are the two rules for each episode. Get to creating, get screened, and have your friends come and watch your work.
