Kraken Productions - Antonio B. We are Antonio B. Entertainment, one of the top "legal" karaoke / discotheques in the El Paso / Las 1.) Including bar owners and or management.

2.)

The equipment, music, and materials that are the owned property of Kraken Productions, gives us the right to refuse service or use of said property to any customer or patron we so choose. Any last minute significant changes to the party or event that effects how we are to run said event will result in either a penalty cost ($50.00) or could result in full cancellation of our participation in said

event in which all moneys will be returned, less the full $100.00 deposit fee.

3.)**If party / event is canceled on behalf of the client, with less than one weeks notice, only $50.00 of the $100.00 deposit will be returned to customer.**

4.) Bar owners and or managers, Party planners, and any contract signers for such shows, parties and or events are fully responsible and liable for any and all damages (repairs and or full replacement) at said show, party or event to Kraken Productions property (equipment and materials).
