Unfortunately I have been pushed to the extreme of spending my precious time to create this page because I was screwed out of $3,800 dollars of parts and labor PLUS a bunch of new damages to my nice truck I worked hard for that has sat for TWO YEARS because of this company’s lying, dishonest and shoddy workmanship practices. I’m going to spare you the whole 400 page book so long story short. I payed $3,800 for a rear end on my truck. It was suppose to be completed, done and back in my possession same day as dropping it off. That was 2 years ago.. I did get it back after months and months only to put less than a hundred miles on it and it locks up. After several more months of stupid s**t like this to get their attention they “we settle” lmao to $1,600 dollars back and new parts. P.s. I wanted my money back but that wasn’t going to happen. Well you see common sense would tell you if my truck doesn’t work and you know life I had a hard time making the 2 hour trip to ACCOMMODATE THEM once again LMAO to return parts and get check and it was several months before I could arrange the the time,gas and money to make it up there. I call them say I’m heading that way and bi golly everyone up there is clueless as to what I’m talking about and store manager tells me there will be no check and can’t even find the parts. I inform the gentleman (who I’ve had the enjoyment all along with this ordeal) store manager that the district manager could confirm the agreed upon arrangements (that we all three sit on the phone and agreed upon together 😂) . Ahhhh shucks it would just so happen he switched districts which I replied that’s okay best friend not like we couldn’t contact him via phone in another district like we did the last district. To his surprise he was astounded that such a lower level primate just came up with that solution to his very very VERY difficult problem. And then he outgunned me with this next one though. I asked “can I have his phone number?” and I’ll have Mr district manager of another district with the same company which if you think about it maybe it’s like a event horizon situation where two availing forces meet perfectly at the same time and then bam existing and non existing occur at the same time( except with locations) so therefore maybe it is impossible to reach him and would make sense why he can’t give me his nuuummmmbbbeerrrr. Why didn’t I think about that when looking at the infinity symbol and right where the loops meet at that plane is where existing while non existing exists at the same time in space time 🤯. (It was this moment my lower level primate brain doubled in size in a very short period of time scientists can’t explain for and started to use tools like sticks to retreave food) ANYWAYS lmao sorry tangent where was I going with that s**t that makes no sense OHH YAA he tells me to kick rocks and I could collect my refund off the roof. Now I know i said I was gonna make this quick because I couldn’t stand the thought of having to type the situation out again and even waisting more of my time that I cringed at the thought of typing the events out again but I feel honored writing about my new overlord store manager dude. “ZOLTAN” now if your still with me and aren’t completely clueless as to what the f #^ck I’m talking about pay attention because I’m wrapping this s**t up. 4wp gets sold “it’s all bulls**t they just got rebranded and slapped a new llc sticker on that bad boy to evade paying some debt from what I came to understand” the new superior company TOTAL OFF-ROAD AND MORE which translates to me after speaking with new owner it looks as if im gonna have to take it this far. Although mr. Blaine Shipman im prepared to go wayyy farther. When you search total off road and more scams is what will pop up first and this page with all the appropriate links to your company and BOY YOUR GONNA LIKE THIS NEXT ONE BECAUSE IM SUURREEEEE THEY WANT THIS PUBLICITY but wheel heroes is gonna start being involved and yup im about to say it “i almost hashtagged them but didnt” but im pretty sure between 4wp and now “total off road and more” POLARIS bought and owned the company who failed to help me with the theft of my money. Idk if that would fall under a theft of services criminal charge. I just want to clarify im shooting straight from the hip on some of this stuff so I’ll have to make sure im not looking like a complete du***ss here and type first look s**t up later method. I left out a bunch of other shady stuff that happened and atleast a lecture in quantum mechanics and sacred geometry 📐 ya that speed square thingy that’s not a Platonic solid. SIR can I please jjsy have a little over $3,800 out of your multi billion dollar companyg (because I have to buy a whole new rear end housing and wheel bearings) OHH S**T I forgot to mention the 6 brand new 35” iron man tires I bought and shipped to tire barn or was it big O’s that I’m sure they are gone now. You have my number and email. I’ll put my pride and shame to the side and ask will you please take care of the money that was STOLEN from me and went as pure profit to your company that probably payed for like one of your dinners. Thanks I’ll also take this down and withdraw the one star google reviews I put at like 30 of your locations nationwide. Better business bureau was on my mind too for those locations as well.
