Today's World Mental Health Day is marked every year on October 10 to raise awareness about mental health around the world and to mobilize efforts to support those experiencing mental health issues. Remember to be kind, gentle, compassionate towards everyone because you never know who maybe struggling with mental health issues. It's not nice to play with someones mental health. So reach out to the ones you love and check on them. You don't know how much just a simple little talk or hi how are ya goes along ways. God bless you all and have a wonderful day!!
