THE ROYAL COSTUME HONORS (Contest)
Are you ready to shine at the Ball? Her Majesty Queen Charlotte is looking forward to celebrating the most dazzling styles of the evening, but entry to this circle requires adherence to the dress code.
To be considered for Her Majesty's honors, all guests must be dressed in Regency historical attire or Bridgerton-style fashion. Whether you choose a classic period look, a modern Bridgerton-inspired ensemble, or a bold theatrical take on the era, we can’t wait to see your interpretation of the period's style!

How to Participate:
No sign-ups or registration required! Simply arrive in your finest era-appropriate garments and enjoy the evening.
Spotting the Styles:
Fashion envoys from the Court will be mingling throughout the ballroom, looking for creative, beautiful, and standout outfits.
The Royal Selection:
Envoys will select one gentleman and one lady for each of the three gemstone categories below. A shortlist will be shared with Queen Charlotte, who will personally present the final honors!

💎 THE DIAMOND (The Incomparable & Historically Elegant)
This honor celebrates the ultimate "Incomparable" look of the evening. The Court is searching for a breathtaking ensemble that captures the pure romance, grace, and exquisite tailoring of the Regency era.
💎The Vibe:
High-society perfection, effortless aristocratic elegance, and stunning attention to detail.
💎What the Envoys are looking for:
Flawless ex*****on of the classic Regency silhouette, beautiful fabric choices, period-correct accessories (like perfectly styled updos, cravats, reticules, or gloves), and a look that feels like it stepped straight out of an early 19th-century fashion plate or a definitive period drama.

One Lady & One Gentleman
💚 THE EMERALD (The Bold, Theatrical & Avant-Garde)
This category is all about making an unforgettable statement. The Court is looking for guests who push the boundaries of traditional period wear with dramatic flair, striking visuals, and bold, modern creativity.

High-fashion drama, vibrant theatricality, and unapologetic "wow" factor.
💚What the Envoys are looking for:
Head-turning color palettes, bold patterns, theatrical textures (like unexpected feathers, heavy jewel embellishments, or dramatic capes), and creative, reimagined interpretations of the era that bring a brilliant, modern spark to the ballroom floor.

💙 THE SAPPHIRE (The Master Artisan & Refined Aristocrat)
This honor recognizes the pinnacle of historical craftsmanship and poise. The Court is observing the fine details of superior tailoring, sophisticated presence, and an unmistakable air of quiet dignity.

Regal understatement, master-level craftsmanship, and effortless aristocratic presence.
💙What the Envoys are looking for:
Exceptional tailoring and garment construction (such as crisp pleating, perfectly fitted coats, or masterfully draped gowns), high-quality textile choices, and an overall presentation that carries the poised, polished demeanor of a true high-society fixture.
