Based out of Edwardsville, Illinois Tessitura Music is owned and operated by Amy Prince.

The word "Tessitura" is often used to describe the texture of a voice as well as define its strengths. At Tessitura Music, we focus on healthy, well-rounded technique AND the process of self-discovery in finding YOUR authentic voice. Our lessons provide the tools to build the skills, confidence, and artistry to help you meet and exceed your musical goals. She lives in Edwardsville with her husband

and two daughters. Amy has been teaching privately for over 10 years and also teaches voice at SIUE and McKendree University. We currently offer several lesson combinations for voice, piano, and music theory. All lessons are conducted in person or virtually.
