Good morning friends!

We are trying something new today. I took a poll and you voted!

I will be including unwashed duck eggs for a trial basis. 2 dozen unwashed, unrefrigerated eggs will be available in the stand.

Unwashed eggs have a special coating called a bloom. The bloom allows the eggs to stay fresh and protected without any additional refrigeration. Duck eggs with the bloom on them can last on the counter unrefrigerated for about a month. Duck eggs that are unwashed and refrigerated can last even longer than that. Please wash eggs before use!

1 dozen of washed eggs are also available in the cooler and I will have more tomorrow!
