Solid advice!

Why do we act so surprised when people do something that they've always done and act shocked or mad about it? I mean, it's' on us to accept that it's who they are and what we'll do with that fact. Unsure how to handle a difficult person, vendor or situation? I can help. Human behavior is my thing and I'm a third party that can give un-biased advice.
