🎨 Celebrating the winning Art of Plein Air at Edisto's First Glimpse!

A huge thank-you to our awards judge, Jeremy Sams, for sharing his knowledge, perspective, and passion for plein air painting with our participating artists and guests at the closing ceremony of the 7th Annual Edisto Plein Air Paint Out. Jeremy offered a wonderful look into what draws artists to paint outdoors, the unique challenges and rewards of working en plein air, and the qualities that made this year’s award-winning paintings stand out to him. We’re grateful for his generosity in helping us all see the artwork through a more thoughtful and informed lens!

👏 Congratulations to our award winners!

🏆 Best in Show - Jill McGannon

✨ 5 Awards of Merit - Mary Hoffman, Gerard Erley, Lee Copen, Michele Tyler, and Arlene Daniel
