📣 ST. HELENA’S BINGO — IMPORTANT SUNDAY NOTICE

Good morning to our Bingo family! Please read these important instructions for Sunday, October 18, 2026.

🚪 Doors open and sales begin promptly at 1:00 PM.

Please have your money ready and purchase only for yourself. We will serve one person at a time. Purchase your own admission papers and all your own 50/50 tickets, then go to your seat or join a pull tab line.

🎟️ We will have TWO pull tab stations:

• One for guaranteed tickets only
• One for non-guaranteed tickets only

Each station will have two lines. Please make sure you join the correct line.

If we receive additional help from the school, we hope to sell pull tabs on the floor as well.

Thank you for your patience, cooperation, and continued support as we work to make things run more smoothly! ❤️

🎱 To our St. Helena’s Bingo family:

Running Bingo takes a lot of work, and we’re doing our best with the staff we have. There isn’t one perfect way to run every session, especially as attendance picks up when the Progressive reaches 53 numbers or higher.

We’re working hard to keep things moving as quickly as possible. That’s why our programs explain that starting times may run late when the Progressive numbers get higher.

I’m also talking with the church about getting more help on our busiest nights. In the meantime, please be patient and understand that our staff is doing the best they can.

❤️ Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued support of St. Helena’s Bingo!

📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT – PULL TAB EVENT POSTPONED
It is with regret that I have to inform everyone that, as of right now, we must postpone our upcoming Pull Tab Event.
Unfortunately, the children of St. Helena’s School will be using the gym, and we must work around the school's schedule.
I am currently working on finding a new date for the event and will be having a meeting to discuss when the gym will be available.
As soon as I have a confirmed date, I will let everyone know.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, especially to those who were looking forward to attending.
Please understand that we share the gym with our school, and sometimes adjustments have to be made.
❤️ From the bottom of my heart, thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support of St. Helena’s Bingo.
We truly appreciate each and every one of you, and we look forward to seeing everyone soon!
🙏 God bless you all, and thank you for being part of our St. Helena’s Bingo Family! ❤️🎱
