TEDxYouth@Edina takes place on Oct 28, 2022 and TEDxEdina takes center stage on October 29. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. At a TEDx event, TED Talks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection on a local level. Our event is called TEDxEdina, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides a free l

icense, general guidance, plus certain rules and regulations for all TEDx programs, but all individual TEDx events (including ours) are self-organized. About TED

After realizing the phrase ‘Practice Makes Perfect’ is outdated, Fatima created her TEDx talk “Practice Makes Progress, Never Perfect” in hopes that it will raise awareness about the harmful standards of perfectionism among youth and inspire satisfaction in the journey instead. Meet Catie Ingrisone, a Junior at . She was moved to develop her TEDx talk after a close relative of hers, who is mentally challenged, experienced unfair mistreatment. She hopes to raise awareness of mentally ill people becoming entangled in the justice system.
