🌟 STEP SPOTLIGHT OF THE MONTH: CHARLEY

Major congrats are in order for our STEP Spotlight of the Month, Charley D.! Platinum STEP Assistants (Student Teacher Education Program) are more than assistants to our teachers—they are role models to our tiny dancers. Here is why this month's STEP assistant was a leap out:

"Charley is a star STEP Assistant, constantly putting her time, effort, and joyful spirit into numerous classes throughout the summer and now school year. She is intentional in her role, always checking in with the lead teacher about how she can be the most helpful in the studio, and then consistently applying those notes each and every week. The dancers adore Miss Charley, especially those who are a little hesitant to walk into class that day. She exudes true leadership in her ability to always STEP up to help without being asked—we couldn't do it without her!" 🩵✨
