The Edon Branch Library, in partnership with the Edon Chamber of Commerce, the Edon Jr. High Choir, and local church youth groups, will host the annual Christmas celebration, "Santa's Library Visit" on Sunday, November 30th, from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. Celebrate the most wonderful time of the year, at this festive FREE EVENT for all ages, which will be held at the Edon Branch Library. Children will be able to meet and share their Christmas wishes with Santa Claus! Parents are welcome to take pictures. The Edon Jr. High Choir will perform Christmas carols! At the holiday event, make a craft, indulge in cookies and cocoa while watching Christmas classics, and sign up for door prizes! The Edon Branch Library is located at 105 S. Michigan Street. On February 24th the Edon Branch Library held a canvas painting class where attendees created a "lovebirds scene", with instruction by WCPL staff member, Deb Prince. The next canvas painting class for adults and teens will be held on March 24th, and the theme will be to paint a "lavender wheel" scene.
