Petition Condemning the Hun Family Regime for Contributing to the Loss of Cambodian Territory, Undermining the National Economy, and Damaging Cambodia’s International Reputation Through Complicity with Transnational Online Scam Networks
ញត្តិថ្កោលទោសរបបត្រកូល ហ៊ុន ដែលបានធ្វើឲ្យកម្ពុជាបាត់បង់ទឹកដី ខូចខាតសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងកិត្តិយសជាតិ ដោយសារគប់គិតជាមួយក្រុមឧក្រិដ្ឋជនឆបោកអនឡាញ
យើងខ្ញុំជាប្រជារាស្ត្រខ្មែរ និងជាម្ចាស់ពិតប្រាកដនៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជា សូមប្រកាសថ្កោលទោសយ៉ាងដាច់អហង្ការចំពោះរដ្ឋាភិបាលរបបភ្នំពេញដឹកនាំដោយគ្រួសារហ៊ុន ដែលបាននិងកំពុងរុញច្រានប្រទេសជាតិឱ្យធ្លាក់ចូលក្នុងមហន្តរាយ និងសេចក្តីវិនាសដ៏ធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ។
យើងខ្ញុំសូមទាមទារ និងថ្កោលទោសលើចំណុចសំខាន់ៗដូចខាងក្រោម៖
១. ការបាត់បង់អធិបតេយ្យភាព និងទឹកដីជាតិ៖
រដ្ឋាភិបាលបានបណ្ដែតបណ្ដោយឱ្យកងកម្លាំងបរទេស (ថៃ) ឈ្លានពានកាន់កាប់ទឹកដី និងប្រាសាទបុរាណខ្មែរយ៉ាងតិច ៧០ តំបន់នៅតាមព្រំដែន។ ជំនួសឱ្យការការពារទឹកដី មេដឹកនាំរបបនេះបែរជាប្រើអំណាចកម្ចាត់ និងបង្ក្រាបយ៉ាងចាស់ដៃលើពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរណាដែលចេញមុខឈឺឆ្អាលការពារព្រំដែនជាតិទៅវិញ។
២. ការប្រែក្លាយរដ្ឋទៅជាបណ្ដាញឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មឆបោកអនឡាញ (Scams)៖
គ្រួសារហ៊ុន និងមន្ត្រីគ្រាក់ៗដែលមានអំណាច បានក្លាយជាមេខ្លោងការពារឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មឆបោកអនឡាញអន្តរជាតិ ដើម្បីប្រមូលលុយរក្សាអំណាចបក្ស និងគ្រួសារ។ ទង្វើនេះបានបំផ្លាញកិត្តិយសកម្ពុជាលើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ ធ្វើឱ្យរងការគំរាមកំហែងដោយទណ្ឌកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងផ្តល់លេសឱ្យប្រទេសជិតខាងឈ្លានពាន។
៣. ការរុញច្រានពលរដ្ឋឱ្យធ្លាក់ក្នុងភាពក្រីក្រ និងបំណុលវណ្ឌក៖
អំពើពុករលួយជាប្រព័ន្ធ និងការដឹកនាំបែបគ្រួសារនិយម បានបំផ្លាញសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិ ធ្វើឱ្យពលរដ្ឋបាត់បង់ការងារ និងបង្ខំចិត្តធ្វើចំណាកស្រុក។ ធ្ងន់ធ្ងរជាងនេះទៅទៀត រដ្ឋាភិបាលបានបណ្តែតបណ្តោយឱ្យមានក្រុមហ៊ុនឆបោកក្នុងស្រុក ដែលមានខ្នងបង្អែកជាមន្ត្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់ ធ្វើការបោកប្រាស់រាស្ត្រដោយចំហ។ ជាក់ស្តែង ក្រុមហ៊ុន ឡេង ចាន់ណា បានបោកប្រាស់ពលរដ្ឋជាង ១ម៉ឺននាក់ អស់ប្រាក់ជាង ៣០០លានដុល្លារ និង គ្រឹះស្ថាន ហួយវ័ន ផេ (Huione Pay) បានស៊ីដាច់ប្រាក់អតិថិជនរាប់រយលានដុល្លារបន្ថែមទៀត ដែលធ្វើឱ្យពលរដ្ឋរាប់ម៉ឺនគ្រួសារធ្លាក់ក្នុងបំណុលវណ្ឌកទាល់ច្រក។
យើងខ្ញុំជាប្រជារាស្ត្រខ្មែរ សូមទាមទារឱ្យបញ្ឈប់ជាបន្ទាន់នូវការបំផ្លាញជាតិ ការកេងប្រវ័ញ្ច និងការធ្វើទុក្ខបុកម្នេញលើប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្លួនឯងចាប់ពីពេលនេះតទៅ!
Petition Condemning the Hun Family Regime for Contributing to the Loss of Cambodian Territory, Undermining the National Economy, and Damaging Cambodia’s International Reputation Through Complicity with Transnational Online Scam Networks
We, the Cambodian people and the rightful owners of our nation, strongly condemn the Phnom Penh regime led by the Hun family for plunging Cambodia into profound devastation and systemic crisis. We raise our voices to formally denounce the regime on the following critical grounds:
1. Loss of National Sovereignty and Territory
The regime has allowed foreign forces from Thailand to encroach upon and occupy at least 70 border areas, including ancient Cambodian temples. Instead of taking action to defend the nation’s territorial integrity, the leadership has used state power to aggressively suppress and arrest citizens who speak out in defense of their homeland.
2. Complicity in Transnational Online Scams
The Hun family and its circle of powerful officials are alleged to be ringleaders of international online scam syndicates, using illicit funds to maintain their political grip on power. These criminal activities have severely damaged Cambodia’s global reputation, risk triggering crippling economic sanctions from Western democracies, and provide neighboring countries with a pretext for hostile actions.
3. Economic Ruin and Mass Indebtedness of Citizens
Systemic corruption, nepotism, and social injustice have devastated the domestic economy, resulting in business failures, widespread unemployment, and large-scale outward migration. Furthermore, the regime has facilitated state-backed fraudulent schemes. Notably, the company Leng Channa allegedly defrauded more than 10,000 citizens of over $300 million, while Huione Pay is accused of misappropriating hundreds of millions more. These schemes, which allegedly serve as fronts for large-scale money laundering, have trapped tens of thousands of Cambodian families in severe and often inescapable debt.
We, the people of Cambodia, demand an immediate end to the destruction of our nation, the exploitation of our economy, and the systemic oppression of our citizens.
