Okayyyy Eau Claire… THAT was a night. 🤘🎻🔥

More than 2,100 people joined us for TWO packed shows of Rock Orchestra by Candlelight, and what a night it was.

We had guests making the trip from Duluth, Milwaukee, Green Bay and beyond, more than 200 cars rolled through valet, and downtown Eau Claire was absolutely buzzing.

Drinks were flowing, restaurants and bars were busy, the streets were full of people, and then more than 2,100 of you walked through our doors ready to ROCK.

This is what we love about a big show night at Pablo. It’s not just what happens on our stages, it’s the energy you can feel throughout downtown when everyone comes out to make a night of it.

And what a way to kick off a BUSY season at Pablo. We have so much coming your way, and if this is any indication of what’s ahead… we’re ready for it.

🎨 Meet This Year's Judge: Colleen Denning

This year's judge has a special connection to Confluence Of Art Annual - Colleen was last year's Best in Show winner, chosen by both the juror and the judge! Her compassion, humility, and talent left a lasting impression.

Her journey is what makes it special: Colleen almost didn't submit at all. One year later, she's gone from first-time entrant → Best in Show → this year's judge. 🌿 We hope her story inspires every artist in our community to put their work out there, you never know where it might lead.

About Colleen: Raised in Chippewa Falls, WI, Colleen returned to the Chippewa Valley after school, drawn back by its landscape and pace of life. She shares that life with her partner, Nik, and her hobby farm, garden, and music, alongside 25+ years of painting rooted in close observation of the everyday world around her.

"Painting is the process of turning fleeting thoughts and quiet observations into something tangible... Every canvas invites the viewer to read between the brushstrokes, pause, and find a reason to smile."
