We’re sharing all the details for our upcoming Dance Open House at Step One: The Dance Project! Whether your dancer is brand new to the floor or looking to level up their skills, this is your chance to get the full inside scoop on what makes our community so special.
Here is everything you need to know:
* 📅 Date: Saturday, August 15th
* ⏰ Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
* 📍 Location: 323 E Kennedy Blvd, Eatonville, FL 32751
* 👥 Who: Dancers ages 3 & up (all skill levels welcome!)
What to expect at the Open House:
* Tour the Studio & Meet the Staff: Walk through our spaces, get to know our passionate instructors, and ask any questions about our curriculum.
* Explore Our Styles: Learn all about our classes, including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, Acro, and Combo Classes.
* Registration & Info: Discover how dance builds confidence, focus, and teamwork, and lock in your registration on-site for the upcoming season!

Cultural Tourism Funding is now open!

Eligible arts and cultural organizations can now apply for funding for events taking place in Orange County between January 1–December 31, 2027.

This program supports quality arts and cultural experiences that enhance the Orlando area’s cultural identity and promote tourism.

Key dates:
Workshop: Friday, May 8, 2026 | 1–2:30 p.m.
Draft review deadline: Tuesday, June 16, 2026
Application deadline: Thursday, July 9, 2026 | 11:59 p.m. EST

First-time applicants and organizations that were not awarded in the previous cycle are required to attend the workshop or schedule a virtual review.
