It’s no secret that we have had tremendous growth this season. And with growth comes changes.
As long as the weather is decent-ish we will be using the outdoor arena for a few events. This is our Plan A. By running Leadline barrels, Leadline poles, flags and down and back in the outdoor arena we should shave 3 hours off our run time. I know we’re all in support of that!
ARENA START TIMES
-Main Arena- 9:00am
-Small Arena- will start after Sheep Riding is over
-Outdoor Arena- will start 30 minutes after Small Arena is finished.
MAIN ARENA TAKES PRECEDENCE. If your event is running in the main arena, do that event first and they will roll you down in the outdoor arena. Once you’re done running in the main arena go do your event in the outdoor arena. The Main Arena will not wait for you.
TURN OUTS
We in the main arena need you ready for your run. After you hear your name, “second call”, “final call” and you’re not IN the arena you will be considered a “turn out” and we will move on to the next contestant. You will not be rolled down to the bottom, you will receive a no time. If you need rolled down the line for a tack/horse change let the person at the gate know BEFORE your run so we can keep the arena moving. (Having the outdoor arena and main arena running at the same time will take some adjusting for all of us so we will be a little gracious this weekend on turn outs.)
