NASHVILLE IS COMING TO THE PORK FESTIVAL!

Get ready, Preble County! We’re excited to welcome Zach Neil to the Entertainment Barn all weekend long!

Zach Neil is a singer, songwriter, and live performer from Nashville who puts his own unique twist on traditional country music.

And lucky for us, you don't have to drive to Nashville to hear him! Just head to the Pork Festival. We’ve got the country music, the pork chops, and probably enough fried food to make your belt nervous.

The Preble County Pork Festival is more than just a fun weekend of pork chops & shopping! Proceeds help contribute to the success of all by giving back to the Fairground via new improvements throughout the years, including buildings such as Bruner Arena and others.

This article from 1976 showcases the great history of Preble pork and the county pride the Pork Festival founders created. Our favorite quote from the article:

'Herb Tinstman, first festival chairman and executive vice president of the board of directors, said, "This is much more than a building, it is what has happened in the community", indicating the cooperative spirit which as prevailed..'

The Preble County Pork Festival is a nonprofit organization, and membership is open to anyone who lives in Preble County.

You don't have to know everything about pigs.
You don't have to be a professional festival planner.
And you definitely don't need to own a pair of overalls.

You just need to love Preble County, want to help, and be willing to roll up your sleeves.

The Pork Festival doesn't happen because of magic. It happens because people volunteer their time, ideas, energy, and talents.
