PCJF Livestock Sale Checks Ready for Pickup! - See details below.

PCJF Livestock Sale checks will be available for pickup after 1:00 PM today (September 3, 2026) at the Fair Office.
To provide additional pickup opportunities, we will have extended office hours today:
Thursday, September 3: Open until 7:00 PM
Friday, September 4: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Monday, September 7: Closed for Labor Day
We will return to our regular office hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM beginning Tuesday next week.

Thank you to all those who participated in the Stock the Trailer Food Campaign during the fair. We appreciate you!

A huge THANK YOU to the Preble County Junior Fair Board for participating in Stock the Trailer during fair week and collecting a trailer full of non-perishable food donations for our food pantry!

Stock the Trailer is a community food-drive competition sponsored by Farm Credit Mid-America and Rural 1st, bringing Junior Fair Boards together across Ohio and Indiana to help stock local food banks while giving back to their communities.

We are so grateful to the Junior Fair Board—and everyone who donated—for helping make sure our neighbors have access to the food they need. What a great example of young people making a big difference right here in Preble County! 🥫❤️

As the 2026 Preble County Fair comes to a close, I want to extend our deepest gratitude to the countless individuals who make our fair a success year after year.
The Preble County Fair is much more than a week-long event. It is a year-round effort made possible by people who generously share their time, talents, and resources.
To our Fair Board Members, thank you for all that you do behind the scenes and throughout the year. Your time, dedication, and passion for the Preble County Fair do not go unnoticed. To our two amazing Junior Fair Assistants, thank you for taking on this enormous task while balancing family, careers, and all of life's other responsibilities. Your dedication, patience, and countless hours of hard work helped keep everything running smoothly, and we are incredibly grateful for all that you do.
To our fair staff, thank you for navigating the organized chaos that comes with fair week. Your flexibility, commitment, and willingness to handle whatever comes your way make the Preble County Fair possible. Your efforts often go unseen, but they are deeply appreciated and never taken for granted.
Thank you to the crew at the Preble County Auditor's Office for helping keep the fair's finances on track. Your willingness to assist during one of our busiest times of the year is truly appreciated.
To our many volunteers, thank you for the many hours you give before, during, and after the fair. The time and talents you share play a vital role in all that we accomplish.
We are also especially grateful to the families, exhibitors, sponsors, vendors, concessionaires, and community supporters whose contributions help keep this community tradition alive

Hey, the fair office is selling these hats for OSU Extension- Preble County. They are $25 each. They come in black or gray. Proceeds benefit the Preble County 4-H Program.

Junior Fair Market Livestock Exhibitors: A Sale Verification Sheet has been posted to the homepage of preblecountyfair.com. This sheet lists all market animals and will indicate if they are being sold in the auction, going to the packer, or were scratched and going home. Please review the information and report anything that is incorrect as indicated on the form. Thank you for your help in making sure our data is correct.
