Koroneburg Renaissance Festival

This is a very difficult post to make which is why it is being posted a lot later than it probably should have been.

Unfortunately, Riverside county parks department decided to sell the property the Koroneburg festival has called home for the last 28+ years. Due to deed restrictions it can only be sold to other government agencies which is why we weren't able to purchase it ourselves.

We are still looking for a new location for Koroneburg, but we will not be able to host the 2026 festival.

As our Baron Heinrich Von Lauffer recently said, Koroneburg is more than the buildings, it is the people and the community.

We hope to return in 2027 and will keep you updated once we have something confirmed.

Sadly we were notified by Riverside County Parks and Open Spaces District that we must begin tear down of the Koroneburg village which has been ongoing since July. Currently the county intends to sell the property to another government agency and has not disclosed to us who that is.

We are working with other local agencies who have expressed an interest in finding a new home for Koroneburg and those discussions are ongoing. As soon as any concrete news is available we will announce that here.

In 2024 we premiered a documentary intended to share the magic of Koroneburg and it has gone on to win awards in a number of local and international film festivals.

We're excited to announce that it will be available via streaming on September 19th on Amazon, Tubi, Xumo, and Google Play.
