Local Orcas Island Artworks artist featured in the Spring 2024 issue of Encaustic Arts Magazine. Bruce has been experimenting with mixing pigments and oil pastels into creamy consistencies and applying them to smooth gessoed surfaces under different thermal conditions. His landscapes have taken on an impressionist/surrealist feel.
