What a full, but fun week! EVOLVE Dance Company is in the house today for a live performance at 3pm in the gym! $15 admission to see an amazing performance and support a great dance company.

Yesterday we had our Y Campers for the day, hosted MFA Oil Customer Appreciation Day event and gratefully received a MFA Oil Foundation grant check to help with adding more restrooms. Last night, the EVOLVE dancers worked for their second night to prep for a great show tonight!

We had the opportunity to host NW MO Women In Ag Group, the State FFA Supervisor, some of our favorite Buchanan County Ag teachers from MB and EB, 4-H kicked off Garden N’ Grow on our NW corner of the property, did a little prep and planning for an upcoming FEMA Region 7 exercise and MORE!!!

We have line dance lessons with Lovin’ Line Dance on Thursday! She’s so fun! You’ll learn some new dance, get a little exercise and listen to great music! Come out!!!

The results for the Spring session of Field to Frame are tallied. We will post the top 16 next week!!!

A great meeting this morning with the Missouri Women In Agriculture steering committee. Excited to be a part of planning the Breaking Barriers WIA Missouri State Conference, September 21-23, 2026. A special thanks to MU Extension’s , Denice Ferguson for attending and providing great guidance and info.

Our baby black angus calf arrived last night and joined her mama at the South entrance today!

We also have footings poured for the new wash rack at the arena and a new water hydrant on the SW corner of the Activities Building.

Our tentative schedule!

4-H/FFA members in Andrew, Buchanan, Caldwell, Clinton, Daviess, Dekalb Counties.

Please keep in mind. This is a new experience for our exhibitors a THREE day show.
Animals must remain in the barn from the time they are checked in until the conclusion of the sale on Monday, with the exclusion of cattle in tie-outs (in designated area)in the evening.
All species/exhibitors will be included in events, each of the three days.

The premium sale is NOT an end of life sale. It is to help our exhibitors to continue on in their project!!

Once your animal comes off of the trailer/vehicle, they will not be loaded again until Monday at the conclusion of the sale.
