Spark In Da Pan

Spark In Da Pan SIDP is officially retired. We currently have musicians back in the workshop working on some new ideas. Updates as they happen.

Spark In Da Pan started with our desire to share and spread island and steel drum music to the masses, to those who would otherwise not experience it in the Mid-Atlantic region. All of our members share in a love for music, and for the rush of getting to play for a live audience and seeing the crowd get into the music we play. As part of sharing the island feel with our music, we play not only rel

axing steel drum and party songs, but also genuine trinidad Panorama tunes from the annual "carnival" celebration and steel band competition.

Happy Sunday Everyone! Some of the crew formerly known as SIDP(insert random Prince like symbol here) will be hitting the stage at Gina's at the Bridge on May 9th from 2p til 5p. We cant allow stage rust to form while we work on the new project. Event page will be published soon. See ya May 9th. P.S. and sneak peek of the new project MAY be possible in the coming weeks. We are eager to share but we want to make sure it's ready for even a tease of it. More on that later. Cheers!
