Last year's inaugural Preview Night was so sweet, we had to do it again! 🧁🧄
Mark your calendars: Friday, October 2 from 5 to 9 pm (rain or shine)

We are excited to announce that the 2026 Headline Chef is... Salah Eddine Ben Attou, Executive Chef of Meli Easton!

Born and raised in Morocco, Chef Salah’s culinary roots stem from early memories in his family kitchen, surrounded by the rich aromas and vibrant spices of traditional Moroccan cooking. He launched his professional career in 1995, building a foundation in five-star hotels and refining his craft across French, Italian, Spanish, Mediterranean, and Moroccan cuisines.
