New guitar arrangement is up for our students! This is a duo version of Hedwig’s Theme from the Harry Potter films. Should make a fun Halloween-themed piece!

We managed to gift another drum kit to one of our awesome students! This kit was donated by the local musician Justin Ryan , and we managed a quick turnaround on getting this into the hands of one of our really deserving students, Stefan, who is a drum student of our instructor Jeremy Jeremy Cruse .If you or anyone you know is looking to help out some local kids looking to get into music, consider donating any of your old, unused equipment. Thanks again to the awesome people out there who pass their gear forward!

Just received another awesome drum donation today. Thanks to Justin Ryan for dropping this one off today. We’ll be working to get this in the hands of another student who can use it to get rocking!

Another set of donated drums passed on to a student! We had this sweet set of vintage Ludwig drums with a full set of hardware passed on to us a few weeks back, and we managed to get it in the hands of Trenton here! Big thanks to the people of Easton for making awesome donations such as this and allowing us to help out students in need of instruments.

MUSIC QUESTION OF THE WEEK
- What's the best Halloween-themed song of all time?
I think I'd go with a very stereotypical pick, but "This Is Halloween" by Danny Elfman has got to be my top pick. I also did an arrangement of this way back in the day for guitar, violin, and drums that I thought turned out pretty cool.

MUSIC QUESTION OF THE WEEK
- What's your favorite song to hear live?
For me, it would be anything by the virtuoso guitarist Guthrie Govan. He's a master of just completely changing up his songs on every performance while always playing some amazing lines. When I go to see live music, I love seeing a performance that I will only ever get once. "Bad Asteroid" by him would be a top pick. "Song for the Dead" by Queens of the Stone Age would be another top pick but just because it just has crazy energy when it's played live.

MUSIC QUESTION OF THE WEEK
- What's your favorite video game soundtrack?
Personally, I'd go with the original score to "Shadow of the Colossus" by Kow Otani from back in 2005. Just the most epic-sounding score you'll ever hear with some faint melancholic vibes sprinkled in to reflect the nature of the story. I'd also give a nod to Katamari Damacy which is just zany and super upbeat.
